Return and Shipping Policies

Shipping: 

Orders ship within approximately 2 to 4 business days *not including weekends or holidays*. This standard processing time allows us to pick, pack, and ship your order correctly.

If you purchase EXPRESS/Priority Shipping or 1-day shipping, that is through the shipping carrier and not through Axel Co. We still need 2-4 business days to package the order before it goes to the shipping carrier. If you are unhappy with your service through the post office, you can file a claim through the shipping carrier. Axel Co does not guarantee you will receive your order within the time stated by shipping carrier.

Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control and liability. Delivery delays and mishaps can occasionally occur.

Shipping internationally may take up to 5 weeks depending on customs processing - no matter what type of shipping you purchase. USPS tacking is not updated on their systems once your package leaves USA, until it is delivered. Please check with your countries guidelines about tracking and shipping times.

Packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.

If the incorrect address was used for your purchase, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the person at the incorrect address.

Returns:

AXEL CO has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are only offered in USA.

To start a return, you can contact me at info@actuallyitsaxel.com. If your return is accepted, you can send the item back and I will ship your new item for free. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
