Return and Shipping Policies


Once the items are confirmed in stock, orders ship within approximately 2 to 4 business days *not including weekends or holidays*. The standard processing time allows me to pick, pack, and ship your order correctly. I do not ship partial orders.

Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of my control and liability. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping internationally may take up to 5 weeks depending on customs processing. USPS tacking is not updated on their systems once your package leaves USA, until it is delivered. Please check with your countries guidelines about tracking and shipping times.

Packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.

If the incorrect address was used for your purchase, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the person at the incorrect address.


AXEL CO has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are only offered in USA.

To start a return, you can contact me at If your return is accepted, you can send the item back and I will ship your new item for free. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
